Rapper NBA YoungBoy arrested. American rapper NBA YoungBoy, residing in Utah under house arrest amid facing felony gun charges, has been arrested again, this time for drug, weapon, and other offenses.

Kentrell Gaulden, his legal name, was taken into custody by the Cache County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Cache County Jail.

He faces a litany of charges, including drug-related counts, forgery, identity fraud, possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person, possession of controlled substances, and involvement in unlawful activity.

Gaulden, 24, had been residing at his Utah compound under house arrest while awaiting trial in Baton Rouge.

His legal troubles include a federal weapons case stemming from a 2020 music video shoot where police apprehended him and others on suspicion of possessing firearms.

Additionally, Gaulden faces charges related to a 2016 drive-by shooting in Baton Rouge, for which he received a suspended prison term and supervised probation in 2017.

Despite previous legal entanglements, Gaulden’s current arrest adds to the complexity of his legal situation, with his trial set to commence in July.
