NECO reschedules Unity colleges’ common entrance exam. Due to insufficient enrolment, NECO has rescheduled the 2024 National Common Entrance Examination for the 110 Federal Unity Colleges and the entrance exam for the Federal Government Academy, Suleja.

In a statement released on Tuesday by Azeez Sani, the acting Director of the Directorate of Information and Digital Communication, the exams originally slated for April 20th and May 4th, 2024, have been moved to June 1st and May 25th, 2024, respectively. “The National Examinations Council (NECO) has re-scheduled the 2024, National Common Entrance Examination into the 110 Federal Unity Colleges and the entrance examination into Federal Government Academy, Suleja.

The National Common Entrance Examination which was earlier scheduled to hold on 20th April, 2024, will now hold on 1 June, 2024.

The Entrance Examination for Gifted and Talented Children into Federal Government Academy, Suleja earlier scheduled to hold on 4th May, 2024 will now hold on 25th May, 2024. The rescheduling of the two examinations was due to low enrolment of candidates.

All candidates, parents, guardians, schools and relevant stakeholders are therefore enjoined to take note of the new dates for the examinations.

The registration of candidates will continue till the new dates for the examinations.”
